We offer free “No Rush” and “Standard” shipping to our customers. Regardless of your location or order value, you’ll automatically get free shipping on your orders.
Please note, expedited and express shipping may not be available for all orders.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
- We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
- If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
- No Rush shipping is not available for orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
- Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship free via standard USPS Military Mail and arrive between 30-45 days.
- We do not offer shipping to PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
Order Processing Time
All our orders are processed and shipped out within 3 business days.
We will email you the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped out and received by the carrier.
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. We are no longer able to change the mailing address once the order has been shipped.
Please allow 12 to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
Unfortunately, we are not responsible If you have a suspicion that your parcel is being lost or missing while in Transit or tracked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
